Screamwave: The Trick to Treat a Scream
Strepsils is a world-famous medicinal lozenge mostly used to treat sore throats caused by infection. But sore throats can also be caused by other external factors such as pollution, weather change and vocal chord overuse. Halloween, the scariest and I suppose "screamiest" night of the year, provided the perfect platform to communicate this. Using iconic scary Halloween masks as our visual device, we created what we call a "screamwave", shaping soundwaves into our characters and positioning our product as the 'trick to treat a scream'. We took out a newspaper placement on the 31s of October and shared this message on social media in the lead up to halloween.
